Plan ahead when you need a dumpster rental. We require 24-48 hour notice, but calling at least 5-6 business days in advance will help ensure we have the size dumpster you need before your project start date.

1. Cancelled 24 hours before scheduled delivery; full refund. 2. Cancelled after truck leaves, but before the rented dumpster arrives at the delivery address; $150.00 trip fee will be charged. 3. Cancelled after the rented dumpster is delivered to delivery address; no refund.

1. Additional days after the 7 day rental period are $10/day. 2. Each additional ton is $75/ton. 3. A trip charge will be applied if the driver cannot drop off or pick up your dumpster due to obstacles that interfere with service. This includes an overfilled dumpster, equipment or car blocking the area, deficient amount of space for truck to fit to deliver, switch, or pick up. 4. Damages to the dumpsters may include additional charges to the customer.

Yes, if our driver is unable to service you, there will be a trip charge. This includes an overfilled dumpster, equipment or car blocking the area, deficient amount of space for truck to fit to deliver, switch, or pick up. We will call when the driver is onsite to notify the customer and work to resolve the issue.

Please contact your local city to inquire about a permit to place a dumpster in the street. This is the responsibility of the customer to have the permit in place, if required, before the scheduled delivery.

The delivery location must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy trucks. The driver may only place the dumpster on a flat and level surface, preferably paved. If you would like it in your driveway, we recommend that you place a piece of plywood down prior to delivery. The dumpster may be placed in the street, however; CML Waste Services is not responsible for obtaining any permits. CML Waste Services are not liable if the city or county imposes a fine or requests the dumpster to be moved. A $100 trip fee will be applied for coming out to move the dumpster. It is the customers responsibility to affirm that the location they have selected is sound for dumpster weight. CML Waste Services is not responsible for damage to any surface due to the weight of the truck and dumpster.

General waste items can be filled to the top. If debris is overflowing or hanging over the sides of the dumpster, it cannot be safely transported to the landfill. Debris could fall out causing personal injuries or property damage. If the customer is not available, the dumpster will be left and the customer will be charged for a second trip ($100 trip fee). If customer goes over the weight allowed, the customer will be charged for excess weight; $60/ton.
